A $25 late charge is applied to all accounts which are not received prior to the 20th of the month. Please refer to collection fee agency on page 5 for details. Automatic Electronic Payment is also available through management or via the PDF on this page. Please contact Condominium Administrators to request an ACH Form and return once completed. Special Assessments may be levied as deemed necessary by the board of Trustees. Please refer to Declarations & Bylaws.
